Availability check: arrival and departure dates and number of guests. These are passed to the booking engine so you do not have to type them again.

Bookings: whatever you enter in the booking engine is submitted directly to its provider and is also governed by their policy.

We use no analytics or advertising tools and we do not profile visitors.

To answer your request and to arrange your stay. The legal basis is performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for simple correspondence, our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us (Art. 6(1)(f)).

For optional cookies the legal basis is your consent alone (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless they turn into a booking, in which case statutory tax retention periods apply.

Besides us, only the providers that serve us technically under contract: the website hosting and database provider, our email provider and the Channex booking engine. We never sell or pass on your data for someone else's purposes.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we have not respected your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
